9. Free Business Tools and Results
The Bottleneck Finder, Owner Dependency Scorecard, AI Readiness Check, Project Health Check, Hire or Fix Calculator, and Cash Gap Calculator calculate results in your browser. You can complete these tools without requesting a follow-up.
Anonymous completion records. When you finish, the tool sends a completion record to LeanLine Advisory through our form provider. Depending on the tool, it includes your industry, scores, result categories, weakest areas, or calculator totals. This record excludes the name, company name, email address, and phone number entered in the contact fields.
Completion records are used to understand common operating problems and improve the tools. They are described on the tools as anonymous completion records because direct contact fields are excluded. Free-text industry descriptions and detailed business figures can still be identifying, and hosting or form providers may receive technical data such as IP addresses. Do not include names, confidential customer information, or sensitive personal information in an industry description.
Contact requests at the beginning. If you choose Yes to the contact question, provide an email address or phone number, and continue past the opening intake, the tool sends a contact request to info@leanlineadvisory.com. It includes the assessment name, your industry, the contact details you provide, and any name or company name you enter. This request is sent before the assessment is completed and does not include assessment answers or results. Choosing No at the beginning sends no contact request.
Sending your completed result. If you choose Yes and submit the form at the end, your industry, employee count, contact details, any name or company name you provide, preferred contact method and language, and answers or result summary are sent together to info@leanlineadvisory.com. Name and company name are optional. The form requires either email or phone, or the matching detail if you select a specific contact method. Choosing No at the end prevents this results form from being sent.
LeanLine Advisory uses contact requests and submitted results to respond, review the information you send, and arrange the follow-up you request. Neither action automatically subscribes you to marketing emails.
Details kept in the open page. Contact details entered at the beginning remain in the page while it is open and fill the form at the end. The tools do not save these contact details in your browser's local or session storage. Our website forms use FormSubmit and booking links use TidyCal; these providers process submitted information under their own privacy practices.
10. Marketing Emails and Unsubscribing
If you choose to receive marketing emails, we may send service updates, practical business resources, or information about LeanLine engagements. This is separate from responding to an inquiry or a requested results discussion. Our marketing messages identify LeanLine Advisory and provide a way to stop future marketing emails.
You can unsubscribe using the option in the message, replying with “unsubscribe,” or emailing info@leanlineadvisory.com. We honor marketing opt-out requests within 10 business days, without a fee. We may retain the email address on a suppression list to avoid sending further marketing. Opting out of marketing does not prevent communications needed to handle an active engagement or a request you make.

This guarantee applies to LeanLine Advisory's completed Foundations Strategy Intensive and AI Readiness & Integration Assessment. It is a commitment about the assessment findings and the assessment fee.
1. Which engagements are covered
- Foundations Strategy Intensive: We identify at least one specific operational risk or improvement opportunity relevant to your business and the agreed assessment scope.
- AI Readiness & Integration Assessment: We identify at least one actionable AI opportunity relevant to your workflows and the agreed assessment scope.
The guarantee does not cover Reset, Continuity, ongoing advisory, project implementation, project management, financial planning, software purchases, or other services. Free tools and the Free Business Bottleneck Diagnostic have no assessment fee.
2. What counts as a finding
A finding must relate to your business and be documented in the assessment deliverable. An operational risk describes a specific vulnerability and its potential consequence. An improvement opportunity identifies a specific workflow, control, or operating practice that can be changed and a practical next step. An actionable AI opportunity identifies a specific use case, how it could help the work, and a next step or prerequisite for evaluating or implementing it.
Generic statements that could apply to any business do not qualify. Repeated versions of the same finding do not create additional findings. Identifying an opportunity does not require buying software or an additional LeanLine engagement.
3. What happens if the assessment does not meet the requirement
If the completed assessment does not identify at least one qualifying finding for the applicable engagement, you do not pay its assessment fee. If that fee has already been paid, it is refunded. The guarantee concerns that assessment fee, rather than fees for separate services or third-party purchases.
4. How to request the guarantee
Email info@leanlineadvisory.com after receiving your assessment. Include your name or company, the assessment name, and which findings you believe do not meet the criteria above. We review the delivered findings against these terms and confirm the fee waiver or refund when the requirement has not been met.
5. Scope and business outcomes
The assessment is performed within the scope agreed with the client and using the information made available for that work. This guarantee does not promise a particular level of savings, revenue, profitability, implementation success, legal compliance, or other future business outcome.
